Your Role

As a

Licensed Life Insurance Advisor

, you'll be a trusted partner at critical life stages--supporting your clients with clarity, compassion, and insight. Backed by high-intent leads, modern tools, and a supportive culture, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career in a high-growth environment.

In This Role, You Will:

Build connections with clients to understand their needs, goals, and financial priorities Recommend personalized insurance options including

term, whole life

, and

universal life

policies Educate clients on key financial topics such as

budgeting, savings

retirement planning

Deliver consistent, trustworthy service that strengthens long-term relationships Maintain compliant, accurate records of client activity and policy recommendations Stay updated on evolving insurance products, regulations, and market trends Look for ways to expand your support with

holistic financial advice

when appropriate

What You Bring

A valid

LLQP license

and authorization to work in Manitoba

3+ years

of experience in insurance or financial advising roles A client-first, consultative sales approach with a proven ability to build trust Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen and respond with care Familiarity with CRM platforms, digital tools, and remote meeting tech A self-motivated mindset and a commitment to ongoing growth
