Your Role

As a Licensed Life Insurance Advisor, you'll be a trusted guide--helping clients protect what matters most while building a solid financial foundation. You'll have access to warm, pre-qualified leads and the backing of an experienced, collaborative team, giving you the resources to succeed right from the start.

What You'll Do

Build strong client relationships by understanding their goals, values, and priorities Recommend tailored insurance solutions, including term, whole life, and universal life products Educate clients on retirement planning, income protection, and wealth-building strategies Keep accurate and compliant records using digital tools and CRM systems Stay up to date on product changes, market insights, and industry regulations Spot opportunities to introduce additional services that strengthen financial security

What You Bring

Active LLQP license and authorization to work in British Columbia Minimum of 3 years' experience in life insurance or financial advising Strong client-first mindset with proven relationship-building skills Excellent communication with a focus on active listening Comfort with digital tools, CRM platforms, and virtual meeting technology A self-starter attitude with a genuine desire to make a difference
