Duties

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the entire process. Conduct market analysis to determine property values and assist clients in setting competitive prices. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers. Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms and conditions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends, regulations, and market conditions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. Organize property showings, open houses, and other events to showcase listings effectively. Manage administrative tasks related to transactions, including paperwork and documentation. Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.

Qualifications

Valid real estate license is required. Proven experience in real estate sales or property management is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful transactions. Excellent marketing abilities to promote properties effectively. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly. Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously. Previous administrative experience is an asset in managing paperwork efficiently.
