Duties

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the process. Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and property values in the area. Develop and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up communication. Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes. Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Utilize administrative skills to organize listings, appointments, and client interactions efficiently.

Experience

A valid real estate license is required. Previous experience in real estate sales or property management is preferred but not mandatory. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proven customer service experience with a focus on building relationships and understanding client needs. Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism at all times. Familiarity with real estate market trends and local neighborhoods is advantageous.
