The Frank Burgio Team, Rare Real Estate inc.

We're looking for a Licensed or soon-to-be Licensed Realtor who wants to accelerate their real estate career by learning directly from top-producing agents.

You'll work hands-on with our high-performing Realtors, gaining real-world experience in every aspect of the business. You'll be mentored to learn the systems, skills, and mindset that drive success

What You'll Do

Work daily with top-producing Realtors to support client service and operations Coordinate property showings, open houses, buyer walkthroughs, and home inspections Manage communication with clients and vendors while providing exceptional customer service Create and post marketing materials using Canva and social media platforms Schedule photographers, stagers, and signage installations Prepare and organize documents for listings, offers, and closings Conduct market research and assist with pricing strategies and property evaluations Maintain organized records and data in our CRM and brokerage portals
What We're Looking For

Licensed Realtor (or currently completing real estate licensing) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive, outgoing personality with a desire to learn and grow Experience with social media marketing and Canva is an asset Strong work ethic, ambition, and willingness to take initiative
