The Bagga Team at Royal LePage Magna is looking for a licensed, proactive, and highly organized Real Estate Assistant to support our top-producing agents in Edmonton. You will play a key role in keeping transactions moving smoothly--from listing to closing--while supporting daily operations and acting as a trusted point of contact for clients and industry partners. Key Responsibilities o Support the day-to-day operations of the team to ensure workflows remain efficient, organized, and on track. o Manage and coordinate real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring all documentation, timelines, and compliance requirements are met. o Prepare, review, and organize contracts, amendments, disclosures, and related paperwork with strong attention to detail and accuracy. o Assist with creating Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs), listing presentations, marketing materials, and feature sheets. o Schedule and coordinate showings, inspections, appraisals, open houses, and client appointments for both buyers and sellers. o Communicate professionally with clients, mortgage brokers, lawyers, inspectors, and cooperating agents to ensure a smooth and stress-free transaction process. o Maintain accurate and well-organized records using Follow Up Boss (CRM), MLS, Google Workspace, and other real estate platforms. o Represent The Bagga Team with professionalism, integrity, and a client-first approach in every interaction. Responsibilities: o Oversee and manage all real estate transaction files from contract acceptance through to successful closing o Coordinate scheduling for property showings, inspections, appraisals, open houses, and agent or client appointments o Act as a central point of contact between clients, lawyers, mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and cooperating agents to ensure smooth communication throughout each transaction o Prepare, review, and organize contracts, amendments, and required forms in accordance with AREA and EREB regulations o Create and support Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs), listing packages, and buyer presentation materials o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Follow Up Boss (FUB) CRM, ensuring proper data entry, task tracking, and follow-up compliance o Ensure all transaction files are complete, compliant, and submitted to brokerage administration within required timelines o Deliver a high level of client care through consistent communication, proactive updates, and attention to detail o Support listing operations, including MLS input, coordinating professional photography, signage installation, lockboxes, and marketing timelines o Organize and manage open houses, collect showing feedback, and compile reports for agents and sellers o Participate in daily team huddles, accountability meetings, and assist with tracking client milestones and overall transaction success Qualifications: o Must be a Licensed Real Estate Associate in Alberta and fully RECA compliant o Active member of the Edmonton Real Estate Board (EREB) and Alberta Real Estate Association (AREA) o Previous experience in real estate administration or as a licensed assistant o Strong understanding of Alberta real estate contracts, conveyancing procedures, and compliance requirements o Ability to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced team environment o Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills o Strong multitasking ability and capacity to manage multiple files simultaneously o Excellent written and verbal communication skills o Proficient with real estate technology, including Follow Up Boss, WebForms, ShowingTime, Google Suite, Canva, DocuSign, and similar tools o Flexible availability -- ability to support occasional evening and weekend tasks o Positive, professional, and client-focused attitude with a strong commitment to service excellence About Company: At Royal LePage Magna, we're more than real estate professionals--we're trusted partners in clients' journeys.
