Together with our property management company, LacelleGroup Realty can service real estate investors and their tenants for all their real estate needs. Our work environment includes:

- Oversee all real estate and/or property management transactions.
- Advise clients on the purchase, sale, or rental of real property to meet their needs.
- Help market homes in order to sell them.
- Assist clients in obtaining mortgages or financing for the purchase of homes.
- Advise clients on the resale value of their homes.
- Explain the contractual responsibilities and legal rights of purchasers and sellers.
- Explain the effects of zoning laws on real estate values.
- Advise clients on the purchase, sale, or rental of real property to meet their needs.
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
- Greater Sudbury, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
