Earning Potential

Average Gross Commission Incomes:

Year 1:

$75,000

Year 2:

$100,000

Year 3:

$150,000+

(Results based on effort, consistency, and market conditions)

What We Provide

Your Responsibilities

Follow up with buyer and seller leads Conduct client consultations to understand goals, budgets, and location preferences Show properties and guide buyers through comparisons Advise on pricing, market trends, and strategies Prepare and review real estate contracts Host and manage open houses Support clients through offer, completion, and closing

Qualifications

Must have

passed the UBC Sauder Real Estate Trading Services Exam

(Preference given to Licensed REALTORS or those in the Applied Program)

Valid driver's license & own vehicle Passion for residential real estate Strong work ethic, coachable mindset & team-first attitude Excellent communication (written & verbal) Comfortable with technology & CRM systems Highly driven, motivated, and detail-oriented
