With our growing success, we are currently looking for licensed property managers to join our residential property management team. You will be exposed to a wide variety of properties in a respectful work environment that fosters growth and development.Job Responsibilities: As a Property Manager, you will manage a portfolio of condominium properties and handle the day to day administrative, financial, operational and maintenance management for the properties within their portfolio. You will also be responsible for the relationship with and management of our clients.

• Prioritizing and conducting the business and projects generated by the portfolio in a timely manner
• Liaise, communicate, and meet with the Board of Directors of each Condominium Corporation within the portfolio
• Managing projects, emergencies, contracts, and contractors as generated by the portfolio
• Conducting meetings and meeting administration (e.g., prepare meeting agendas, follow up with accurate minutes). Some evening meetings required.
• Administering financial matters of the portfolio including preparation of annual budgets, analyzing expenses, review invoices and ensure account allocations are correct.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary degree in a related field, preferably business or related area preferred
• Must have their Condominium Management Limited or General License
• 2 or more years' condominium management experience, supporting a large portfolio in office and field environments are required
• Understanding of physical building management, Condominium Act, financial and budgetary management, and law affecting property management.
• Ability to conduct property inspections
• Ability to manage resident and Board of Directors relations, Board meeting expectations
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, bylaws, statutes and regulations
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
• Extreme attention to detail is necessary
• Strong verbal and communication skills; must be fluent in English (written and oral)
• Excellent computer skills and in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Thrive in fast-paced work environments in a team setting
• Exceptional communication skills and a personable manner with a focus on customer relations
• Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable and insured transportation
• Willing to travel in Niagara and surrounding areas.
