Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have minimum 1 year medical surgical experience. Opportunity available to work in various NSHA locations.

Duties:

- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.

- Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols.

- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.

- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

Experience:

- Minimum 1 year medical surgical experience.

- Strong background in nursing practices and procedures.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
