Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care! What you'll do



Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs to evaluate health status. Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Provide compassionate care to patients with diverse backgrounds, including those with developmental disabilities and Alzheimer's disease. Assist in procedures such as IV infusion, catheterization, and wound care while maintaining a sterile environment. Document patient information accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Educate patients and their families on health management strategies, medication administration, and post-care instructions. Participate in discharge planning and case management to facilitate smooth transitions for patients.

Basic qualifications



Valid LPN license in the state of practice. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology. Proficient in patient care techniques including phlebotomy, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring.

Preferred qualifications



Experience working in critical care settings such as ICU or emergency medicine. Familiarity with EMR systems like Epic or Cerner for efficient documentation. Background in geriatrics or hospice care is highly desirable. Experience administering injections and performing diagnostic evaluations.
