LPN with ACTIVE License in good standing with CLPNA for casual position

for last minute pick up shifts in various Calgary locations. Experienced with Point Click Care and senior living environments MANDATORY, unit supervision with Medication Administration experience in retirement or long term care living required.

We are seeking independent and confident LPN with current LPN licensing in good standing with CLPNA that are willing to help the most vulnerable day to day care and any potential COVID related care.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for their nursing practice as defined by the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA)

LPN License in good standing with CLPNA Current police clearance Reliable transportation

Fluent English - spoken , written, comprehension

Reliable and punctual

Experience working with empathy towards senior demographic Perform specialized nursing procedures for which recognized training and current competency can be demonstrated. Observe and document client conditions and changes following proper standards and in accordance with professional standards. Understand and implement infection prevention controls. Available to work hours indicated above Ability to show initiative and work well both independently and within a team
