Vivo Cura Healthcare is a multidisciplinary MSK pain management clinic focused on treating patients with muscle and joint pain. We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to function in the role of a Clinical Care Coordinator who shares this philosophy and can grow with us.
This is a full-time-time position.
Reporting to the Clinical Care Coordinator - Team Lead, the Clinical Care Coordinator will be responsible for various administrative and patient-facing responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Enhance patient care by serving as a liaison between patients and their dedicated clinical team
Triage and onboard new patients
Update electronic patient records with current information
Support clinicians by providing accurate case summaries and assisting them while they assess and treat patients
Deliver impeccable service to patients by educating them about proposed treatment plans and routinely following up with them throughout their time at Vivo Cura Health
Maintain and respect patient confidentiality at all times
Adhere to Vivo Cura Health policies, procedures and protocols
Various other duties as required

Education and Experience
Required: Current active registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA)
Required: Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Healthcare Provider (BCLS-HCP)
Required: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience. Preference given to those with experience working with people with muscle, bone and joint pain in a clinical setting
Preferred: Experience with medication management
Experience with electronic medical records software (Accuro preferred)

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
