Job Overview: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, client-centered nursing care across various settings, includinghome care, long-term care facilities, assisted living residences, and hospice environments
.As an LPN, you will play a vital role in supporting clients' health and well-being through skilled clinical care, strong advocacy, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates
must have the following:
Minimum of 2 years of experience is needed
Long Term Care or Retirement Home Experience is mandatory
Current and valid RN license (CNO registration) in Ontario
Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
Current TB Test Results (Step 1 & 2)
Valid First Aid / BLS / CPR Certification
Current Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC)
Legal Status to Work in Canada
