Care At Home Services is expanding our amazing team, seeking a passionate and hardworking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide support within long-term care facilities in the city of West Vancouver, BC. As part of our team, you will be well supported by the site managers to provide the best possible care to all our clients at the site.

The follow requirements are required to be a successful candidate:

- Graduated from a recognized LPN program

- Must have a valid LPN Registry number

- First Aid and CPR "A" Certificate

- A minimum of one year related experience preferred

Responsibilities and Duties:

Working within Scope of Practice of a Licensed Practical Nurse Ensuring the safety of our clients in the facility Documenting client progress Providing clear communication to circle of care regarding client changes Reporting to the Nurse Case Manager

Positions Available:

Full-time Evenings (4 on 2 off)
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $42.00 per hour
