Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Plumber or Third Year Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in plumbing, with the ability to work on various projects, including new builds, residential plumbing and service work. This role requires proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.

Responsibilities & Requirements

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in accordance with local codes and regulations. Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure seamless project execution. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Perform heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout all phases of the project. Must have a valid G Drivers License with reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

Proven experience in plumbing or a related field is essential. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using various tools and equipment. Familiarity with carpentry, HVAC systems, construction practices, and assembly techniques is a plus. Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and estimations. Experience with heavy lifting tasks as part of job responsibilities. A valid commercial driving license is required. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
