We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The type of work will vary as we do custom residential, commercial, radiant heating systems and service.
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
Assemble and install various plumbing fixtures and appliances.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively during installations and repairs.
Perform heavy lifting as required for moving materials and equipment.
Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Skills
Proficient in assembling plumbing systems and fixtures.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
Experience with heavy lifting techniques for transporting materials safely.
Familiarity with power tools used in plumbing installations and repairs.
Basic carpentry skills are a plus for related tasks on job sites.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all work performed.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
