Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems, construction, and related trades, with the ability to read schematics and work with various tools and materials. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential to commercial installations, ensuring that plumbing systems operate efficiently and safely. Candidates should possess excellent mechanical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the physical ability to handle heavy lifting and long hours on-site.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other construction tools to complete tasks efficiently Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required for installation or repairs Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions Collaborate with team members including carpenters, HVAC technicians, and construction workers to coordinate project efforts Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and regulations Assist in assembly of plumbing fixtures and related components as needed

Requirements

Proven experience in plumbing, construction, or related trades Mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems, schematics, blueprints, and schematics reading skills Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and basic math for measurements and calculations Knowledge of HVAC systems and carpentry is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments Valid driver's license for commercial driving is preferred but not mandatory Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various settings including residential or commercial sites

Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
