We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious, ultra-positive, and patient-focused Clinical Administrative Assistant to join our team. This hybrid role combines front-desk leadership, administrative excellence, and hands-on clinical support--making you a vital link between patients, practitioners, and operations.

Job Summary

Deliver individualized physiotherapy assessments and treatment plans. Work alongside chiropractors, osteopaths, and advanced device specialists. Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation. Incorporate innovative technologies (laser, decompression, shockwave) into patient care. Educate patients on long-term spine health and functional recovery using exercises and home use devices.

Qualifications

Licensed Physiotherapist (Ontario). Passionate about spine and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Excited to work with advanced technology in patient care. Strong communicator and team player. Positive, energetic, and patient-focused.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $38.00-$65.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Mississauga, ON L5A 2X4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:

Physiotherapy: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:

Physiotherapist License without Mentor (required)
