Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, team-oriented and skilled Physiotherapist to join our team. Ace Physique is a multidisciplinary, client-focused, evidence-based approach clinic serving all age groups and conditions with a specialized focus on Vestibular Therapy, Pelvic Floor, Womens health, TMJ, Concussion care, including MVA, Workplace injuries, sports injuries.

This role can be an employee or independent contractor.

Manual therapy experience

IMS/Acupuncture/Vestibular/ Concussion/ TMJ/ Pelvic Health = big asset

Work with clients to develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans, directed towards maintaining and enhancing their physical abilities, lifestyle and well-being. Work alongside highly experienced therapists who value learning, mentorship, and sharing clinical knowledge. Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact. Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow. Be responsible for managing and prioritizing clinical caseloads, and for the coordination and delivery of therapeutic services Participate in a collaborative care model providing holistic, comprehensive care to meet the needs of clients Promote positive relationships between clients, team members, funders and the community

Qualifications:

We are seeking a compassionate clinician who demonstrates leadership through empathy and integrity. The ideal candidate possesses strong listening skills, clear communication abilities, and an aptitude for understanding patient motivations to personalize care plans effectively. Furthermore, the candidate should be driven to continually enhance their professional and personal development. Key skills and qualifications include:

You are a graduate of a recognized School of Physiotherapy Registration in good standing with the Alberta College of Physical Therapists Licensed physiotherapist 1+ year of clinical experience is a plus, but not mandatory Strong communicator, coach, and team collaborator Entrepreneurial mindset -- you see opportunity where others see limits Energized by growth, leadership, and creating something new
