We are a growing family doctor office and walk-in clinic providing primary health services. We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate

Licensed Nurse Practitioner

to join our team. The Licensed Nurse Practitioner (LNP) will collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support high-quality, patient-centered care and ensure the efficient daily clinical operations of the clinic. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple patients effectively, and a genuine commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients' health needs and history from a NP perspective. Devise and implement individualized treatment plans. Apply a variety of medical techniques, under NP to scope of practice and lifestyle counseling. Maintain a hygienic, secure, and welcoming treatment space aligned with medical principles. Educate clients on self-care practices and the advantages of regular medical care.

Job Requirements:

Graduation from a Master's Level NP program and meet BCCNM registration requirements. Licensing or registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives (BCCNM) or the relevant provincial regulatory body. Professional liability insurance. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A commitment to providing high-quality, empathetic care to patients.
