Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable

Maintenance Technician

to support our operations by maintaining and repairing packaging machinery, production lines, and facility systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, experience in industrial environments, and preferably a

433A Millwright license

.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner Work with electrical components (if certified), PLCs, sensors, and automation systems Ensure minimal downtime and maintain safety standards on all equipment Maintain maintenance logs and documentation as per company procedures Assist with equipment installation, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects Collaborate with production teams to address recurring technical issues Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with GMP and health/safety standards

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience (packaging/manufacturing preferred)

433A Industrial Millwright license

(preferred or in progress) Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Familiarity with conveyor systems, fillers, sealers, and automated lines Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Welding and fabrication experience is an asset Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Flexibility to work shifts or overtime as needed

Compensation:

Pay Range:

$26 - $42/hour (based on experience and licensing) Benefits package may include health, dental, and retirement plans Overtime opportunities available
