Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic massage services aimed at promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role requires a strong understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to deliver personalized treatments that meet each client's unique needs. The Massage Therapist will play a vital role in enhancing our clients' health and satisfaction through expert care and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to client needs Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and address specific areas of pain or discomfort Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend exercises or stretches as needed Maintain detailed records of treatments provided and client progress Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for all clients in compliance with occupational health standards Stay informed about the latest massage therapy techniques and industry best practices Collaborate with other healthcare professionals if necessary to optimize patient outcomes Uphold high standards of patient service, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications

Valid massage therapy license or certification in accordance with state regulations Proven experience in patient service, with a focus on pain management and rehabilitation Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and physiology knowledge Strong understanding of anatomy, medical terminology, and occupational health principles Excellent customer service skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively Prior experience working in a med spa or similar healthcare setting is preferred Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients of diverse backgrounds Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends LANGUAGE - ARABIC Speaking language is an asset
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,999.00-$2,999.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
