We are seeking a
detail-oriented, licensed insurance professional
to join our growing team in a
hybrid role
combining administration, client coordination, and sales. This is a
contract position
with flexible hours, starting part-time and with potential to expand to full-time as we continue to grow.
Role Overview
You'll play a key role in ensuring our clients and bank advisors experience smooth, efficient service from first contact to policy issue.

insurance paperwork processing
and
sales opportunities
. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, comfortable with both administrative tasks and client interaction, and eager to build a long-term career in the life and health insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to clients and prospective clients to
book appointments
and follow up on insurance inquiries.
Assist with completing
insurance applications
, policy signings, and other client documentation.
Handle
policy servicing tasks
-- address/banking/beneficiary changes, delivery confirmations, and policy issue tracking.
Liaise with insurance carriers and internal specialists to ensure all cases move through underwriting efficiently.
Maintain accurate CRM notes, follow-ups, and case tracking systems.
Participate in client meetings as needed to review coverage and present recommendations.

What We're Looking For
Active Ontario Life & Health (LLQP) Licence
-- required.* Strong
attention to detail
and ability to process complex paperwork accurately.
Excellent
organization, follow-up, and communication skills

Professional phone presence and comfort making
outbound calls
to clients and prospects.
Proficient with basic computer tools (Excel, Outlook, e-signature platforms, CRM).
Prior experience with insurance case processing, underwriting follow-ups, or financial services is an asset.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently under a
contract arrangement
(T4A).
Compensation
Base hourly rate
,
plus commissions
for qualifying insurance sales.
Strong growth potential as we scale -- initial part-time (approx. 15-25 hrs./week) with opportunity to transition to full-time contractor status.
