Service Financier Michel Levesque - Financial Services Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Bathurst, NB. You'll assist in supporting our clients and advisors in both the investment and insurance sectors, ensuring top-tier service and efficient daily operations.
:
Sort and manage emails, handle simple client requests (e.g. beneficiary, address, or banking updates)
Prepare and organize investment statements and client summaries
Follow up on new insurance and investment policy applications
Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital and paper filing systems
Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
Provide exceptional client service by phone, email, and in person
Coordinate document signing through electronic platforms (e.g. Zoho Sign, Docusign, etc.)
Assist in preparing and proofreading financial forms and correspondence
Update client records in CRM systems (training provided)
Support advisors with administrative tasks, policy tracking, and meeting preparation
This position is primarily in-office, with the possibility of completing certain tasks from home occasionally once training has been successfully completed

Bilingual (English/French)

Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong computer skills
- comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and able to learn new software quickly
Exceptional phone etiquette

Typing accuracy
and strong data-entry skills
Experience in a
financial, insurance, or medical office setting
is an asset
