Duties

Engage in outside sales activities to attract new clients and expand the customer base. Conduct thorough needs analysis for clients to recommend appropriate insurance products. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective follow-up and communication. Utilize telemarketing strategies to reach potential customers and promote insurance offerings. Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and outreach. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and policy details as part of sales administration. Negotiate terms of policies with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and understanding.

Skills

Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales is highly desirable. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client interactions. Proficiency in negotiation techniques to secure favorable terms for both the client and the company. Familiarity with insurance sales processes and regulations is a plus. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish, are advantageous in serving a broader client base. Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions. Experience in telemarketing or direct marketing strategies is beneficial for outreach efforts. Pay: $30.00-$100.00 per hour
