Salary: $70,000 + monthly commission/bonus

Our client, a leader in the insurance industry is seeking a Licensed Insurance Advisor to join their team. This role will work with both potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Promote additional insurance products as required.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while guiding clients through the sales process.
- Meet sales, retention, quality, and activity targets.
- Capture and provide feedback to enhance processes, products, and services.
- Accurately log CRM and telephony activities to support ongoing analysis.
Requirements:
- College diploma or university degree (preferred but not required)
- 2+ years of experience providing or selling insurance solutions, experience in insurance sales a strong asset
- Full LLQP/HLLQP license required.
- Familiarity with various insurance products (Health & Dental, Travel) and an understanding of their value to clients.
- Proven track record in insurance sales, specializing in health and dental plans.
