- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Answer calls and service our clients
- Effectively communicating Insurance products to prospects and clients.
- Provide prompt, knowlegeable, and friendly customer service and advice. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance types, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Meet deadlines with accuracy and thoroughness.
- Work with the Owner to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Meet monthly lead generation and sales/production goals.
- OTL/RIBO licence a MUST
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
- Excellent communication, written, verbal and listening skills in English. Additional language a plus
- Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic
- Diligent and hardworking
- Proactive in problem solving
- Able to multi task
- Quick learner
- LLQP exams (a plus but not necessary)
