Licensed Gas Technician and Refrigeration Mechanic

Woodbridge, Ontario

Hourly Pay:

Starting at $38/hour

Hours:

8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (On-call, evening, and weekend work may occasionally be required)

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (Mainly commercial) Perform routine maintenance and inspections Install new heating and cooling equipment as required Ensure all work complies with applicable codes and safety standards Applicant must provide their own hand tools & basic drill. Ordering and pickup of materials from vendors and distributors. Detailed record keeping (Knowledge of Monday.com software is a plus) Filling out work orders and detailed paperwork. Operate specialized equipment Provide excellent customer service while ensuring the highest standard of work.

Documentation:

Gas Technician Certification

. (G1 or G2). (Required)

313A Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic License

(required)

Ontario G or higher Driver's License

. (Required)

A Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check

(level 2) issued by a Canadian Police Service within 280 days prior to the application. (Required)

3-year uncertified driver's abstract/record

. (Required)

Plumbing or Electrical License

. (Preferred)

Qualifications:

3+ years of professional HVAC experience

Fluent in English language both written and spoken.
