What You'll Do

?

Develop & Expand Business

- Identify and close new contract surety opportunities across Canada.

?

Build Key Relationships

- Become the go-to advisor for contractors, developers, and procurement teams.

?

Deliver Expert Bonding Solutions

- Structure bid, performance, labour & material, and maintenance bonds to meet client needs.

?

Advise on Risk & Capacity

- Guide clients through bonding capacity, indemnity agreements, and underwriting criteria.

?

Leverage HubSpot CRM & Vertafore SIG

- Manage pipelines, track submissions, and optimize follow-ups.

?

Collaborate with Underwriters

- Secure competitive terms from leading markets.

?

Drive Revenue Growth

- Consistently exceed sales targets for new business and renewals.

What You Bring to the Table

?

Active RIBO License

(in good standing) - Required

?

3+ Years Commercial Insurance Experience

- Surety focus strongly preferred

? Proven track record in

closing mid-to-large scale bonding accounts

? Strong

negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills

? CRM proficiency (

HubSpot preferred

);

Vertafore SIG

experience is a plus

? Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive remotely
