  • Provide overall support to the License Compliance Team and North America Sales Team
  • Coordinate audit letter mailouts
  • Track status of active audits and following up with contacts to move audit stages forward
  • Respond to inbound communications, questions, requests, via email and/or on calls
  • Administrative support - scheduling, organizing, preparing internal/external communications & quotes
  • Create and maintain shared documents utilized by cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate with Legal Department on creation and execution of legal documents
  • Distribute sales leads received internally and from channel partners to the appropriate sales representatives and teams.

  • Ability and willingness to interact with external contacts in an adversarial context
  • Microsoft Outlook experience & proficiency
  • Microsoft Excel experience & proficiency
  • Microsoft Word experience & proficiency
The following are not required, but definitely nice to have:
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Experience using JIRA
  • Experience using SmartFlow
  • Experience using Zoom Info
  • Experience using ARIBA and other Vendor/Supplier Portals
  • Experience working with legal documentation
