Job Overview

An liaison to help supports the day-to-day administrative functions of an organization, replace in classes when needed and help serves as a cultural and communication bridge between communities. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated candidate to join our team.

Duties

Foster positive relationships with cultural groups, local organizations, and businesses. Manage classroom behavior and maintain a structured and respectful learning environment Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that align with educational standards.; willing to introduce different languages Create lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, and physical education. Manage classroom activities to facilitate learning and ensure a positive environment. Utilize behavior management techniques to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere. Foster strong communication with parents regarding child progress and classroom activities. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that promotes child welfare. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and share best practices. Light administration work

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree. Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Knowledge in another language is an asset. Flexibility and adaptability in different classroom settings. Prior experience in teaching or working with children is asset.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.97-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
