This position does require to work at either of our two locations as needed. This position will be an 18-month contract with the possibility for extension.

Compensation: $25.00 - $29.00/hr.

How You'll Make an Impact
Lead the patient experience through exceptional customer service skills.
Take intra-oral records and radiographs.
Provide exceptional assisting skills to our clinical team.
Perform Invisalign scans.
Sterilization of instruments by adhering to the RCDSO infection control protocols
Provide oral health education to our patients and families.
Ability to perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice.
The Teammate We're Looking For
1+ years experience as a Dental Assistant (preferred)
1+ years of orthodontic experience (preferred)
Successfully completed a Level 2 Dental Assistant Certificate.
NDAEB board exams written and must possess active status considered an asset.
HARP certification.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; proficiency with orthodontic management software systems is an asset.
Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community.
Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.
Strong conflict resolution, problem solving and decision-making skills.
