Blum Childcare Academy is a Montessori and Reggio-inspired preschool dedicated to creating a warm, innovative, and nurturing environment where students thrive socially, emotionally, and intellectually. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated

Early Childhood Educator (Level 2 or 3)

to join our West Hillhurst campus.

What You'll Do:

Create engaging, developmentally appropriate experiences for students that inspire curiosity, independence, and a love of learning. Support the social and emotional growth of students through patience, empathy, and strong classroom management. Work collaboratively with co-educators to ensure a smooth daily flow and a positive, team-focused environment. Build strong, professional communication with families and contribute to meaningful learning documentation.

What We're Looking For:

Alberta Level 2 or Level 3 Early Childhood Educator certification. A warm, enthusiastic, and playful approach with children. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. A passion for lifelong learning and professional growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
