Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental team. This position requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow. Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for various dental procedures. Take X-rays as needed. Maintain accurate patient records using dental software. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Manage appointment scheduling and assist with front desk duties when required. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Experience

Previous experience in dental assisting is preferred, but we welcome candidates with relevant training or certifications. Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is nice-to-have. Proficiency in using dental practice management software is highly desirable.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
