. This role supports the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on commercial and residential job sites, working under the guidance of a licensed journeyperson. It's a great opportunity to grow your skills while contributing to high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with rough-in, wiring, and final installation of electrical systems.
Run conduit, pull wire, install boxes, lighting, and power devices.
Read and interpret basic electrical drawings and blueprints.
Follow safety protocols and support site organization and cleanliness.
Work collaboratively with journeypersons and other trades on-site.
Help test and troubleshoot electrical systems and components.
Maintain tools and equipment and report issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Registered as a
Level 2 Apprentice Electrician
in Manitoba.
At least 1 year of construction electrical experience.
Familiarity with the
Canadian Electrical Code
and safe work practices.
Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in varied site conditions.
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
