Carpenter's Apprentice Level 2 - Victoria, BC We are hiring 3-5 second year Carpenter's Apprentice positions based in Victoria, BC. About the Role: You will work on residential and light commercial projects, performing tasks such as site clean up, moving materials, assisting full time carpenters and other miscaelenous contrsution work. This is a hands-on role requiring you to work safely with tools, read blueprints, and collaborate with the team. Apprentices will receive on-the-job training and mentorship to develop their skills and work toward certification. What We're Looking For: Carpenter Apprentices who are already registered and completed their first year with ITA Basic knowledge of tools and construction Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety Valid driver's license and own transportation is an asset Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment What We Offer: Competitive wages: $25-27.39 Overtime pay and statutory holiday pay Health and dental benefits after probation Tool allowance and opportunities for growth and certification support
