Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the program, including planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Develop and maintain program policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations
- Work in a team with program staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments to ensure program success
- Collaborate with community partners to enhance program effectiveness
- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in behavioural health to inform program development
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
Knowledge and Abilities
Requirements:
- ECE education, certification, and experience.
- Excellent work ethic and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse Staff, kids and parents.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
