Your Role in Supporting Our Members:
As the Lending Technology Manager - Retail & Commercial Lending, you will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of technology solutions supporting Vancity's retail and commercial lending portfolios. You will partner across business, credit risk, operations and IT to ensure end-to-end lending processes (from origination to servicing to portfolio management) are supported by scalable, secure and member-centric systems. Your focus will be on driving digital transformation, operational efficiency, data-driven decision making, and regulatory compliance.
This is a Full-time, Permanent role based at Vancity head office. Our head office is based in Vancouver, but we are open to candidates in BC and Ontario. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demands when needed.
