Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from our business partner \xe2\x80\x98s customers;
  • Efficiently determine the client needs in a resourceful, organized and strategic manner;
  • Research and sell travel packages of all product categories including the preparation of complex itineraries using the various tools available to you;
  • Communicate confidently and present different travel options offered by all the major suppliers;
  • Inform customers of different travel options with all major suppliers;
  • Experience in planning and booking worldwide travel containing a mix of products; and the sales skills to sell ancillary products to maximize profits;
  • Ability to influence using proficient sales and prospecting techniques while building friendly and positive relationships;
  • Superior communication skills to enhance our customers reservation experience; participative; enthusiastic; optimistic; accommodating; energetic; verbal and active;
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and be able to offer services based on customer needs.
Requirements
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years selling travel products within a travel agency or call center environment;
  • Bilingual: French, English;
  • OPC certification; TICO certification (an asset);
  • Experience in planning and booking packages and/or cruises (an asset);
  • Be comfortable selling ancillary products in order to maximize profits;
  • Ability to influence using proficient sales techniques while building friendly and positive relationships;
  • Strong communicator; participative; enthusiastic; optimistic; accommodating; energetic; verbal and active;
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
Additional Information:
  • Training: 3 weeks;
  • Work schedule: Full time (37.5h);

  • The Call Center is open from 8.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. weekdays and 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. weekends. - Agents work on a full Full-time basis (37.5 hours) and must be available to work both weekdays and weekends.
  • Place of work after the training: flexible. 300 L\xc3\xa9o-Pariseau in Montreal or telework.
