$64,367.58 - $72,917.30 - Permanent Full-Time, based on a 35-hour work week.
An additional 10.75% Job Family Market Multiplier will be added to the posted salary.
An additional 3% Location Allowance will be added to posted salary for northern location.

The Legal Services Analyst (Analyst) plays a key role in supporting the Legal, Governance & Regulatory Affairs Division (Division) by providing a broad range of administrative, legal, and program support services. This position requires a high degree of independence, sound judgement, and the ability to manage a substantial and varied workload often involving sensitive legal and regulatory matters.
Working in a dynamic, high-profile environment, the Analyst coordinates activities across multiple departments and liaises with government partners, including the Ministry of Forests, Ministry of Environment and Parks, Ministry of Attorney General, and other ministries and agencies. The Analyst ensures the timely and accurate delivery of legal and regulatory services by preparing legal documentation, conducting research, managing limitation periods, supporting legal proceedings, and maintaining records.
This position contributes to the BCER's legal, regulatory, and risk management frameworks by ensuring processes are efficient, legally sound, and in alignment with regulatory obligations and internal policies and procedures.
