Legal Immigration Assistant Intern
Job Description
Touchdown Canada Immigration is a trusted immigration consulting firm dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate the Canadian immigration system. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented college students who are passionate about the legal and immigration field and are looking to gain practical knowledge and hands-on experience. This volunteer position offers an excellent opportunity to learn how immigration cases are handled in a professional environment, build your skills in document preparation and client communication, and gain real insight into the day-to-day work of licensed immigration consultants.

Responsibilities:
Assist with preparing and organizing client immigration files Conduct basic research on immigration programs and policies Support consultants with documentation, data entry, and file management Communicate with clients via email or phone under supervision Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly Perform general administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
Must be currently enrolled in a college or university program (preferably in Legal Studies, Immigration, Administration, or a related field) Able to volunteer
3 days per week
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Reliable, professional, and eager to learnWhat You'll Gain:
