What You'll Do
Assist with
real estate and corporate legal documentation
, including leases, commitment letters, POAs, and affidavits
Support
financial modeling and lender packages
, including DSCR, NOI, sensitivity analysis, and covenant tracking
Draft and refine
professional communications
for lenders, legal counsel, and partners -- with clarity, precision, and warmth
Participate in
due diligence
, closing checklists, and document version control
Contribute to
workflow optimization
using
Google Workspace, AI tools, and smart document platforms
Join strategic meetings and assist with
deal execution
across multiple entities and projects
Who You Are
Enrolled in or recently completed a
law, finance, accounting, or business program
Strong writing and analytical skills; able to synthesize complex information clearly
Detail-obsessed, organized, and proactive
Comfortable with
Google Drive, Excel, and collaborative tech platforms
Curious about
AI, automation, and smart workflows
in legal-financial operations
Interested in
real estate, corporate law, finance, or entrepreneurship
Bonus: Familiarity with Alberta legal forms, Land Titles, or lender documentation
