Job Description

We are currently seeking a Legal Counsel (Construction & Real Estate, in-house) to join our team who is willing to learn and grow in a quickly expanding company. The Ideal candidate will have a solid background working in construction and real estate legal counsel experience.

The successful candidate will have:

2 to 3 years of experience in construction and real estate legal matters Successful completion of Bar Exam is strongly preferred; open to candidates who will eventually take the Bar Exam Superior organization & priority setting skills, strong work ethic, and ability to multi-task A pragmatic and clear communication style with strong drafting skills An entrepreneurial spirit and proven success in building relationships Strong knowledge of legal and court documents and procedures Knowledge of standard office equipment and word processing Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent legal drafting skills and eye for detail Strong interpersonal & customer service skills; professional and positive demeanour Conceptual and creative problem-solving skills Excellent academic credentials Oral and Written Knowledge of Mandarin required
