Job Description

Our office is looking for highly motivated individuals who wish to obtain experience in a legal setting.

Responsibilities:

- Communicates directly with other solicitors and clerks in a professional manner

- Corresponds and/or communicates with clients via email and/or phone.

- Ensures the complete and accurate filing (hard copy and electronic copy)

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

- Assists with drafting documents and reports

- Data Entry

- Banking

Qualifications:

- A Highschool diploma

- A diploma in a related Legal Administration and/or Law Clerk program is an asset.

- Previous experience as a legal secretary or other legal field is an asset

- G2/G driver's license and car

- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is an Asset.

- Ability to prioritize and multitask

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Deadline and detail-oriented
