Job Description


Busy downtown law firm seeking motivated professional to join our Estate Administration department. This position is ideal for someone looking for a long-term career with opportunity for growth. Preference given to those with previous office experience. Duties include:

  • Initial intake calls
  • Appointment booking and calendar management for multiple lawyers
  • Client communication
  • Document production and management
  • All duties required to obtain Probate and administration of estates
  • Training will be provided specific to firm practices and procedures
This job requires excellent attention to detail and communication skills with an ability to handle stressful and sensitive matters. Compensation based on experience. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year Benefits:
