Somers Poulin Hall LLP, a law firm based in New Westminster, is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join our Insurance Litigation Department.
Requirements:
Certificate or diploma from the Legal Administrative Assistant program.
Attention to detail
Task flexibility and ability to work on multiple tasks at one time
Preparing correspondence including letters and emails
Organized and able to work under strict deadlines, with an ability to prioritize tasks
Maintain a calendar and appointments for 2 lawyers
Basic familiarity or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
