Tasks

Maintain filing system Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents Manage routine office functions including reception, telephone and booking appointments Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying) Prepare wills, real estate transactions and other legal documents, court reports and affidavits
