Monitoring and advancing the progress of litigation matters
Organizing and prioritizing material and workflow for review by lawyers
Scheduling lawyers\xe2\x80\x99 appointments for discovery, applications, and trial
Assisting in the preparation of correspondence, pleadings, briefs, court forms and other documents
Proofreading and editing documents
Arranging for filing and service of court documents
Communicating with clients, witnesses and other stakeholders
File management and document administration \xe2\x80\x93 electronic and paper
Maintenance of a bring forward system
Calendar management, travel arrangements and other administrative tasks
