YOUR ROLE
As a Corporate Innovation Assistant, you will be a valuable collaborator with the members of the department in their various mandates.
Among your primary responsibilities, your duties will include:
Ensure excellent management of the professionals' agenda;
Organize various corporate events;
Prepare and follow up on requests such as expense accounts, trusts, etc;
Make various reservations, coordinate business trips or any other required travel;
Draft and follow up on correspondence;
Draft various legal documents in both official languages;
Prepare and layout various documents;
Handle telephone calls, mail and expense accounts;
Perform some administrative tasks.
PREREQUISITES
DEP in secretarial studies with legal specialization or any other equivalent training/experience;
Experience in administrative support in a professional environment;
Experience in business law;
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;
Good organizational skills and good management of deadlines and priorities;
Excellent management of various files simultaneously;
Autonomy, initiative and professionalism;
Team spirit and good interpersonal skills.
